Retail sales deliveries are Guaranteed to arrive healthy. Check plants upon arrival. If damaged in transit, please notify us NO LATER than 15 days with your claim to receive an in house credit to be used with your next order. Option 2: OR to receive a refund on your cuttings only: Return your damaged cuttings within 30 days. Buyer pays return shipping. NO WARRANTY of any kind will be extended beyond the above mentioned guaranteed arrival of healthy plants and cuttings. Rarely is there an inventory mix up. But there is no guarantee that this won’t happen. If you should find your epi to be incorrect you will need to send a picture of the blossom and the original receipt to receive a voucher of equal value towards your next purchase.
